How placement works

Three steps, and CareerCraft Connection does the placing. You are never asked to find a host yourself.

1. Step 1

   Upload your documents

   Your introduction letter and CV. They are checked the moment they arrive, so you are not waiting on anybody.

2. Step 2

   Apply and take the assessment

   No host interviews you. A short paper on the work itself decides who is placed, so the place goes to whoever can do the job.

3. Step 3

   Pay and get your placement letter

   Pass, pay by M-Pesa, and your letter is issued the same minute. Your host is named once payment confirms.

CareerCraft Connection places students into attachments and lists opportunities employers recruit for. The two work differently, so they are kept apart.
